Chi Delta Alpha conducts its pledge process every spring semester. Pledging is a substantial time commitment where pledges must complete service hours, sister interviews, and a variety of other requirements. Sisters of Chi Delta Alpha strive to maintain good relationships with the community, and pledges are expected to maintain professional behavior and represent Chi Delta Alpha well.
